Because our dining tables, benches, chairs, and other furniture are custom made to order, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, finish selections, or other customer-selected options.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem caused by workmanship, please contact Jer’s Rustic Creations as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Our furniture is handcrafted from real wood. Natural variations in wood grain, knots, texture, color, and finish are normal characteristics of solid wood and are not considered defects.
Because each piece is custom built, we strongly encourage customers to confirm measurements, finish selections, and other options before placing an order.
